  • Can I come in for a tour?

    Yes, we'd love to have you. Tours are available weekdays between 9-11 am. You don't need to schedule a tour, just call 30 Minutes prior to arrival. If this time slot doesn't work for you, please contact us directly at 604-670-7234. After you complete your tour, if you think we are the right fit for your family, please complete the pre-registration form and e-transfer the non-refundable registration fee and refundable deposit before you leave the center to reserve a spot.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    Our hours of operation are from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Where are you located?

    We have multiple locations in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Please see our locations page for more information.

  • What is the age range of children accepted?

    We accept children ages 1 to 10 years old.

  • What kind of activities do you have?

    We offer a wide range of activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, music and movement, storytime, and more. Our activities are designed to encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development.

  • How can I enroll my child?

    To enroll your child, please contact us at bonnycastledaycare@gmail.com or call us at (604) 670-7234. We will be happy to provide you with enrollment information and answer any questions you may have.

  • Are meals provided?

    Yes, we provide AM snacks, lunch, and pm snacks for the children in our care. We strive to offer nutritious and delicious meals that meet the dietary needs of each child.

  • Do you offer part-time or full-time enrollment options?

    We offer only full-time enrollment options to accommodate the needs of our families. Please contact us for more information about our enrollment options.

  • What qualifications do your staff members have?

    Our staff members are qualified early childhood educators who have undergone background checks and have up-to-date first aid and CPR training. They are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care.

  • What is your philosophy on discipline?

    Our philosophy on discipline is centered around positive reinforcement and guidance. We believe in teaching children appropriate behavior through positive reinforcement, redirection, and clear expectations. Our goal is to help children develop self-discipline and self-control in a loving and respectful environment.
